Why can't audi get this message too?

No kidding...
When it was time to replace the S4 with something larger, I had no choices within the Audi lineup. Ended up with an M5 instead. BTW, BMW will be offering the 530 sedan and wagon with Xdrive and manual transmission. Think Audi left a big enough hole in the lineup for BMW to drive into? How messed up is that?

So true...can't base decision off "Camry" and "Accord" demographics...
people buy the S versions and M versions and most sporty cars because they enjoy driving and a manual will always be part of that experience. Hopefully Audi does some market research and finds that many drivers want a manual. I will only by the new allroad (if it comes here) with a manual tranny. I am just glad I have one now - they can't take that away from me.
