I don't know, but if they do an AMG version, I will make an effort to rationalize one.

Default My dad has a 6 speed. There's less rear seat legroom than the allroad, but

the interior is wider across. Between that and the vertical tailgate, it can haul bigger/more stuff than the allroad, plus the front passenger seat folds flat forward for really long items. Towing capacity is the same as the allroad, FWIW..

It's not as smooth/quiet/refined a drive as the allroad, but it's a really nice car.

Default Heh... I have a friend who drives one of those. Terrible to drive, but

it's handy to be able to haul a stack of 4X8 sheets of drywall with the tailgate closed.

Didn't the avantissimo have 3 row seating with 6 forward-facing seats?

Default tangent about wagons: My B-I-L just got back from Bahamas, saw these vehicles

And was like, "these are the coolest thing ever."

I advised him to stay away from the brown blotter.

Default from the front quarter, they look vaguely similar: (note BWW)

but not so much from other angles:

I think size wise, the magnum is closer to the allroad than the avantissimo.

It's mid-sized, not full-sized, else I would have mentioned it.

BMW 540iT is one option. The one drawback is it's only rwd.
