when I switched to S03's the fit was too close for comfort. there was no rubbing. I went with 15mm spacers for peace of mind and looks.

both sets of my wheels:
18x8.5 et35- I run 15mm spacers but could use 20
17x7.5 et30- I run 15mm spacers
In both cases, if I didn't, I'd rub the calipers.

my BBS RK-II wheels are ET32 and they will roll safely without spacers, but it looks wrong. I have 15mm spacers for an effective offset of 17mm and it looks appropriately aggressive.

looks like the max backspacing is right at five and a half inches. i am pondering wheels that the board likely won't agree with but im not worried. just something nice clean and big.

So what wheels are you looking at. We are not the one that drives your car so who cares what we like. I think it is interesting if you are trying something off the beaten path. I've already professed my meh feeling about the RS6 reps and I'll add that though the RS4s are nice looking they are getting too boring, too common.
