No offense I am a grad of OSU but live in Duck land!!!
PS Tried strong cleaning and wipers still suck.
Dealer told me to come for a free change or buy some after market Bosch until I come in!

Try using a claybar on the glass. Audi had a claybar kit at one time.
I don't know if Audi still gives out the claybar kit but it got rid of my wiper chatter. The claybar kit was nothing special, it was a 3M claybar with lubricant.
