Default Wonderful vacation, unfortunately a dead allroad awaited me at the airport

Took eight days to unwind in the sun before beginning the drudge of 7-day work weeks until June.

It seems like the allroad died after about 6 days (based on the clock time and date when the car came back to life). I have a trip to DC next week for training and will be leaving the allroad at the airport again. Does anyone have experience/recommendations on the solar chargers that sit on the dash? Do they work only in sun or do they work in the bright gray days of the midwest winter?

Other thoughts or theories most appreciated.

Battery died in 6 days? Maybe time to replace the battery.

You should repalce your battery every five years, the date should be on it

Default Did you put the car in jack mode?

If yes, probably you need a new battery. I've left the car for weeks in airport parking with no issues.

yours is 2004, so Audi warranty still? Get battery tested if so, or just buy @ Advance Auto Parts
