budge too much on the price, I wrangled a set of rubber floor mats out of him.
So the mats weren't ready when I picked up the car a week later. Fine, that was OK; the salesman promised to ship them to me.
To this day, despite my repeated haranguing, he still hasn't sent me the mats, even though he told me several weeks ago that they were sitting in the parts dept., and I have confirmed this with parts.

There has been a bit of drama for me lately with the whole situation regarding my own car. Someone ended up selling the mats that were ordered for you, so I reordered them and got them in on Saturday. Its my goal to get out the cargo blind, floor mats and the flashlight you ordered today. I'll pester the sales guy for you.

Augie called out sick today, I will need to call him tomorrow to get him to write an RO out so I can charge the floor mats out and send them. Hopefully tomorrow...
