is it as easy as procuring a pair of Hella D2S ballasts and a pair of D2S lens/enclosures, or is there additional wiring harness work?
Thanks very much!

Was thinking about getting the DEPO angel eyes. this video shows a 3 contact connector from depo:

Wondering if anyone who has pulled the headlights apart could check to see if this could be made to fit the all road if I changed the harness or if I'm barking up the wrong tree?

There will be additional work on the harness, as the existing plugs won't fit the ballasts, and they're located inside the housings. One option is to source an aftermarket HID kit and use your existing projectors. The aftermarket bulbs will have a base compatible with your current equipment. Maybe not as high quality as the OE, but basically plug and play, and cheap chinese kits can be had on eBay for $40 shipped.
