Does anyone in the Manhattan area have anything positive or negative to say about this dealer? I need to take my ar in for its 10K service and could use a recommendation.

I just took my 2001 Allroad in for 10K.....

I didn't really have any problems except that it was Idling a bit rough. When i took it in for 5K it was doing the same and they adjusted it.

This time i was told it was within manf. specs - still idles rough.

All went fine otherwise....very nice and respectful - nice job on the car cleaning too.

NOTE: Usually when the car is done and ready to be picked up they put it in a car garage down the street. I have a problem with that since i make sure it doesn't EVER get parked in a garage - those guys don't care the way AUDI would care about "thier" car (leased)

Otherwise the service Dept. is fine -- No complaints.

I have all my Audis serviced there in the last 5 years. No problem.
