Hi Everyone, thanks for reading my post here. I'm at my wit's end and hoping for some ideas and potentially contacts.

I purchased my 2009 Audi A6 Prestige from an Audi dealership in about 2013 with 34,000. I paid the premium to get a certified pre-owned with some warranty. I'd never had to have any body work done. I recently had a minor dent and took it to the Seattle authorized Audi repair center (also at a premium) to get repaired. I had a rust spot on my roof that I had them quote and fix for $1800, in addition to the $2100 for the other dent on the quarter panel. This month, i noticed the rust spot coming back and took it in for warranty work, and the shop is saying there was previous work done and will not repair under warranty (after only 9 months). I'm thinking to either report them to the authorized Audio body work authorities or see if there's anything I can get Audi to help with, since it was a certified pre-owned vehicle? Does anyone have ideas here? THANKS!
