Not audi official, but here's some more leaked details: https://electrichasgoneaudi.net/models/q8-e-tron/
If the 115kWh battery is true, that's a pretty big deal. Though sticking to a 400V system seems a bit lame these days. I think Audi should pull the same trick as the EGMP platform and have the battery able to switch internally to 800V to enable faster charging, without requiring all the drive electronics to be 800V.

Unless they come up with more effiicient motors the extra battery capacity will only produce about 250 miles of range on the highway. The iX gets another 100 miles of range on the same battery size.

I was very surprised to hear that Audi VW and Porsche all suspended their Twitter advertising accounts over Elon' s purchase. I guess at the end of the day I am surprised that that is what pushed them over the edge. Countries still have forced labor and Audi and VW build cars there and countries kidnap and murder journalists and Audi has some of the largest billboards and advertising campaigns you have ever seen in Riyadh. Heck, Audi is a prime sponsor of the world cup this month. But it was purchasing Twitter that made them upset.
