Hi, anyone have an issue getting the vehicle key into Audi Connect in the MMI. The myAudi app tells me to enter the key information into the MMI, when I go to do this, the "user management" option is not bold and you can't select it.

This happens when Audi Connect is down. It is usually temporary, but it is happening more often. For a technologically oriented auto company, Audi is failing at maintaining a functional back end.

If this is a first time setup, play with the menu selections and set up a PIN (or enter a PIN if you already set it up). Or call AoA 877-505-2834 and tell them you need help setting this up. This is what I did, and wish I had called sooner.
