Audi Connect Renewal - App Error

Hey All,
I've been trying to renew Audi Connect on my 2021 with a looming October deadline. For months, the MyAudi application has been throwing up an error in the marketplace stating "No products currently available." I just called support and we did the usual sign in/out and app delete/download steps. No resolution. Audi apparently has no other way to renew subscriptions, so I'm up a creek until this is resolved.
Any tips on how to get this to work? It seems like a very common issue across Audi models as I've been searching here and on Reddit. Thanks!

Audi activated it for me for a couple of months after I complained about the maps not updating. Mine is a 2019 as well but it seems that Audi has a way to activate it from their end if nothing else works.

Closing the loop for those with MY 2021 and up, forced to use the app for Audi Connect renewals. There is a 20 day threshold before your expiration date you have to cross before the system with show purchase options for renewal.
