Thanks. I purchased a pre-owned 2021 and the good news is that the prior owner bought AudiCare and the 30k and 40k transfer with the vehicle to me. That said, I was told that the fragrance refills are not included in the AudiCare package.
I understand that there are 2 different fragrances in the car. How do you choose which of the 2 the vehicle should use when you activate it?

You can select which scent you would like from the HVAC controls. Click the menu button in the center of the bottom screen. This will open a climate controls menu on the top screen. Click on the settings cog wheel. From there, you can select strength and type of scent. I swap over to "Winter" in the fall and then to "Summer" in the spring. While both smell fantastic, I prefer the Summer scent.

Interesting the cartridges are no longer included in AudiCare. It's listed in my AudiCare intervals.
