Both of them are 7PP.971.678.ED and this the part number for a NEMA 14-50P plug, rated for 40A / 250V. Sometimes the description is not accurate but as long as you order by part number you will get the same thing. You can double check the part number of the damaged one, it should be printed on the charger end of the cable. From what I know 7PP.971.678.ED is the only NEMA 14-50 cable available for the factory charger.
You might want to check this one, https://www.getporschesilverspringpa...71678ed?c=az0x as the price is much lower. They charge around $20 for shipping but the price is very good. I have no idea if they are legit or not.

I honestly would never attempt a repair, especially using a product of unknown quality and location of manufacture. Far better to purchase the OEM product imho.

I got a free replacement from my electrician, But TBH I dont even think my pigtail is broken, just covered in melted plastic from the Wall Outlet, didnt want to risk plugging it back in and not sitting flush.
