Default Fuse box charging station

When I charge my car, the fuse box of the charging station (between my main switch and the charging station) gets quite warm (54 C, 130 F). It used to get extremely hot (76 C, 169 F), so I had it replaced, but I'm still a bit worried, I was under the impression that a fuse box shouldn't heat up.
Might need to mention that I have 2 fuses, because I have a transfo which convert 3x230V 32A to 3x400v 16A. No idea if that can cause some heating up...

This might be quite normal. Using a JuiceBox 40 the my circuit breakers in the central electrical box feel pretty warm while charging (50 amp double breakers). Also the NEMA 14-50 plug is equally warm as well as the JuiceBox itself. This is a similar feel to my circuit breakers for my 20 amp swimming pool motor as well as the motor's plug. This level of electron flow must generate some heat of course.
