Fuse box charging station

When I charge my car, the fuse box of the charging station (between my main switch and the charging station) gets quite warm (54 C, 130 F). It used to get extremely hot (76 C, 169 F), so I had it replaced, but I'm still a bit worried, I was under the impression that a fuse box shouldn't heat up.
Might need to mention that I have 2 fuses, because I have a transfo which convert 3x230V 32A to 3x400v 16A. No idea if that can cause some heating up...
