I tried three times at three different stations around SoCal to start an EA charger using the Audi app, but it is not working. I also cannot see my EA credit balance. Anybody else seeing this?

Working fine for me. Try logging out of the app, logging in to the website, then logging back into the app.
My20 audi A3 lose google masp on virtual cockpit, weather not connecting, worder if it’’s the server or it’s my car. Today, 03.05 still not working. Anyone else? I didn’t get any warning from Audi. Audi Connect licence is till 2023 so not that.
You need to sign in to your MMI (re-enter the 10 digit scratch off code).
Weather, Google Maps overlay are all part of the Audi Connect Plus/Prime paid subscriptions. Regular Audi Connect (free for 10 years) only gives you location, lock/unlock, SOS calls.

You just may need to log back into your MyAudi account on the MMI. I went out this AM and found that my car had been logged out. Entered my email and PW and was good to go.
It cannot connect to internet, I log in with email and password but could not connect. I try everything except factory reset. Is there a way to reset mmi, like was on the older models with 3 buttons? I can’t find anything. I want to reset my esim

On the E Tron you can reboot the MMI by pressing and holding the Volume control ****.
