Generally, when the app is working, this message pops up after you have logged in too many times in too short a period. If you wait for some time, that message should go away. Have you tried contacting the Audi Connect Service desk: PH 877-505-2834
I sent email to digitalaupport.uk@audi.de. I let the app 1 day without using it and got same message next day. It doesn’t dissapeared since last 3 or 4 days. Also if I uninstall the app then reinstall it ask me to log in again in the car. I am stuck on log in fail.
I’m the key user, desktop and mobile app let me log in but cannot connect to infotainment services from car mmi
If you can log in to the MyAudi app on your phone, you might want to consider changing your password. It was quite awhile ago, but I was having some problems with logging into the MMI and changing the PW via the app seemed to clear it up. Beyond that, Audi Connect service desk is you best bet.
Today my services are back online! Seems like I was trying to many times that it somehow lock online log in (action not posible to protect the battery) so when I didn’t use the app or log in for some time, the account has unblocked. In my opinion this was the case or maybe a problem with the server for this long 8-9 days in my region.
Thanks all for the advices! Drive safe!
Purchased new e-tron 6/7/21. Every attempt to log the car into myaudi through the MMI results in the same failure "you could not be logged in, try again later". Finally called Audi USA yesterday. They informed me that the system is down and is not expected to return until 6/18/21. I am able to log into myaudi through the app and web browser the car is the issue right now. Audi did say they hope to have it back in service prior to 6/18 but who knows.
Had my 2021 e-Tron Sportback since 05/31 and still can't get set up with Audi online. They state that my service started on 06/01 but still doesn't work. Maybe VW/Audi getting hacked has something to do with this? https://www.cnn.com/2021/06/11/cars/...ion/index.html
