Default 92 S4 serp belt tensioner, where to find one?

so im picking up my friends 92 S4, and the serp belt tensioner went out. Ive tried my local parts suppliers, and the got nothing, also tried AutohauzeAZ, and the don't have one ether, the part number (correct me if im wrong) is 054-903-133-A, can someone suggest a source for one? Im not paying 300 and some bucks for a belt tensioner from a dealer :-S
Thanks Guys

Default Serpentine Belt and Tensioner Info

Genuine Audi Parts (the internet arm of Miramar Audi in San Diego) has them as described below:

Item Number MSRP Core Price Price
054903133A $325.00 $0.00 $241.80
Cooling - Belts and pulleys - Tensioner - 5 cylinder
5 cylinder 1992 - 1995

If it is just the bearing in the pulley, there is a DIY available that uses an $8 bearing from NAPA. Find the link in this Serpentine Belt and Tensioner Post

The case on my original tensioner cracked and broke, letting the spring loose. NO belt tension, no power steering, no power brakes, no alternator = stop driving the car.

There is a possibility (you'll have to check it out) that a NAPA NBH 38193 tensioner for $65 will work:

If you need a tensioner unit, you won't find a better dealer parts dept and Oregon is a good place to buy.
