Any brands of timing belt related parts to stay away from?
I searched several parts websites for the best prices and Parts Quick has the best prices on just about everything and free shipping. However, I'm actually a little concerned by how inexpensive some of these parts are. I want to get the best price possible, but not at the expense of buying off-brand parts that are of questionable quality. Here's my list.

You don't want the GEBA water pump. Stay away from that and Graf.
I and others recommend the Hepu. If it were my car I'd also put a nice Continental serp. belt/Timing belt on for only $6 dollars more than the Hutchinson. I've been getting sick of these crappy thermostats on the Worldpac sites. I've had a couple fail and have also heard of people geting 80C ones when they ordered 87C. From now on I'm getting OEM thermostats from worldimpex.com or genuineaudiparts.com. They're only like $10-15 more there and a lot better quality.
