a fuel pressure gauge (Cody see the thread way below) and I found this "Defi" series a egauges.com. Looks good. I am tempted but it would be nice to know what they define as "amber backlit".

<center><img src="http://rcweb.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=21198&amp;stc=1&amp;d= 1131936325"></center><p>very popular in my country.in the link,i think that's supposd to be the old model for Defi gauge.
"BF"black face Model is very popular one.anyway i think, you need the "control unit"to control the gauge.otherwise, the gauge is useless. In my country, you should be careful when
you're parking.It may be stolen any anytimes.<ul><li><a href="http://www.nippon-seiki.co.jp/defi/product/bf/bf_top.html">http://www.nippon-seiki.co.jp/defi/product/bf/bf_top.html</a</li></ul>

Default Where are you mounting the gauges?

Fuel pressure mounted inside the cabin?

Default Electric fuel pressure sender (like an electric oil pressure) gauge = no problemo.Mechanical = fire

Default my fav part about electronic gauges is that you can replay upto 99 sec of activity

so if you dont have datalogging abilities, it's certainly helpful.

Default Nothing less than I expected from you, Dave ;-)

Fire can be so unpleasant. Electrical sender sounds like big bucks.

Default I looked into this a bit... you can use an oil pressure sender. $30 or so.

I was thinking about adding fuel pressure as another input to the TDS-1, but it's pretty far down on the to-do list. I asked a few manufacturers who make oil presure senders what the pressure vs. voltage curve is, and got mostly useless responses except for Dakota Digital, who sent me useful data.

A not-half-bad temporary in-cabin fuel pressure monitor would be a digital voltmeter, a Dakota Digital sender, and a volts-to-pressure chart.
