Thoughts on this? Ideas? I've been looking, but can't find anything that just plugs right in. MSD has nothing for 5 cylinder cars... or at least I haven't found anything.

C'mon... don't you guys want launch control modules? Or the ability to hold the gas down between shifts and stay in boost for the next gear?

4 Auxiliary Driver Output "GPO" (General Purpose Output):
4 separate PWM (pulse-width-modulated) outputs are available and programmable using RPM, MAP, Water temp, throttle position and aux. input. These drivers can be used for electronic boost control, water injection, nitrous-oxside, launch control, variable valve timing, cooling fan, fuel pump relay trigger and many other uses

http://www.034efi.com/</a

I could simply get an $1100 dollar module, and replace the ECU. I could tune everything using it. Not bad at all.

per rotation. It'll do that for an RPM you specify. So you bring 2nd up to 6000 or whenever you want to shift, you hold the gas down while you disengage the clutch, and the RPM will stay at your desired setting (7k or whatever). This dropping of a cylinder randomly creates a slight load on the engine, this bringing you into slight boost... 5-10 psi or whatever. Put 3rd gear in and drop the clutch... it'll pull hard.
It's kind of like left foot braking... similar effect.
