Apparently they can't test my car because the bumpers that keep the front wheels on the dyno will hit my wheels instead of my tires. Anyone ever get turned away for this? I Have 235/40 18
...any suggestions?

'81 and older get a tailpipe only, and some newer cars that don't fit on the dyno do as well. Diesel's have their own gig. Only certain metro area counties are tested.
CO's emissions program is a $30 million dollar a year joke, as I've heard stats (not verified - yet) we fail around 100 cars per 500,000 tested. Well worth my tax money.

Hiked up the front range via the NCAR in Boulder and from Bear peak looking East across the slope was pretty nasty.

If you want to come down to Castle Rock I have a set of snows or highway wheels and tires you can borrow. The Castle Rock emission place is close by and usualy is not busy.
