anyone have a spare afterrun coolant pump relay?
#5
Kate finally coughed it up: After run pump relay part number = 447 965 571A. Trick was, I was asking
her the wrong question, "after run pump relay" or "relay". For some reason, she calls it a "switch unit for water pump, relay fan stage 1, relay location: 5". Ref: Figure 937-70 item 18 for AAN.
I had actually found that earlier but "switch" through me off. I found the PN by searching the archives and then questioned Kate about the PN and cross-overs to other cars. Answer: tonnes of cars from 1985 100 through 2001 A4/A6.
It lives in Connector Station 3, right hand side kick panel (passenger side in North America) as Relay 324 as shown on Scott Mockry's SJM Autotechnik website (I checked mine (93 S4) and it is brown like the photo below but there is no "324" on it).
