I have been in many we have converted and did a significant amount of testing to run with the Cayenne calipers and they work perfectly on the old girls.
Going to 380mm rotors on the front would be different though.
The size of Disc Pop is wanting to run will require a custom bracket but as Merlin says further down the 330 disc is ideal, you just need spacers and custom bolts and it all bolts on to HP2 struts and fits within most 17" OE Audi wheels.

Default What strut is in the

95-97 A6 cars? HP2/A4 bolt pattern or G60? Seems the disk is slightly larger (11.3) than our cars..

The Brakes are diff. Single piston. I think they are the same as the A4's

Not that simple as the bolt holes in the Cayenne calipers are 16mm and the mounting hols on the HP2 struts are M14x1.5
