Kansas City. I (my car) stirs up enough of an interest with my local VW friends that they have started keeping an eye out for these as well though.
I was a dry-sider (Spokane) for the first 25 or so years of my life and then moved to Port Townsend.

Our Worldpac driver is looking for one. Do you think this might be a good one to ck out?
He is on a bit of a tight budget so the price is right. I was worried about the salvage title but would be less worried if it is from a reputable seller that someone can vouch for. We would ck it out of course and see what the damage was to give it the salvage title..

I have dealt with Conrad before. He's a pretty honest guy who does a good job of rebuilding.
I've never bought one of his cars just parts, but I have been to his place and seen his work. I am surprised he's still rebuilding these cars as there's not much money in them anymore. I guess he has a passion...
He's over near Issaquah-ish area. I forget the name of the street... Newport Way?
