Is the AAN intake camshaft the same as ADU intake camshaft?

Hmmm...I think there are some differences between the ADU and AAN ECU pin-out that *might* cause your problems. My AAN is "RS2'd" with RS2 exhaust manifold, turbo, injectors and MAF but I am running the AAN exhaust cam (for now) with the AAN ECU but with MRC generic RS2 chips. 288 whp (about 350 crank hp), i.e. more than a stock RS2 ECU will give you (315 crank hp).

I should have added then if you are running the RS2 ECU then you need to set the cams up "RS2" style. If that means turning one of the cams 10 degrees to make it work, then that is what you need to do. There are some differences in the ECUs but the real asnwer is in the cam alignment, as you have found.

Good luck. I think you have your answer.

For more questions, you should contact Paul Nugent on the S2 forum. He is way more knowlegible about RS2 stuff and has chip sets developed for the RS2 ECU.
