Looks Just like the one that was in my car.
Mine was an MTM+1 with a 300kpa Bosch pressure transducer installed by hoppen.
I dont know for sure on yours though.

You need to give us a close up on those chips and the black Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) transducer on the right side. That said, from what I read (barely), they are MTM Stage 1 (264 PS (PS = DIN hp)). T = timing B = Boost. I *think* I see the encryption "daughter" board under the "T" chip. This is a sure sign that they are real MTM chips, likely installed by Hoppen Motorsports in FLA.
The odd thing is at some point, Hoppen got to burn the chips instead of MTM burning them in Germany and shipping them to FLA. At that point, Mike Hoppen started adding printed labels. Before that they were hand written, typically in red pen, as yours are.
Have a read on this from 2006:

Thanks. Now that I can read everything and see the 3.0 Bar Bosch MAP (pressure transducer), it is clear that you have the MTM Stage 1+ chip set. This is a good strong chip set. However, you might get some pinging on WOT in the summer if you are running anything less than 94 octane gas.
Here is a photo from my "Librarian" files that you will recognize (note the encryption board under the timing chip):

They do look like my chips that I had taken out of my S4 and put into my S6. They were originally installed in the S4 back in 2003. Notice I had a couple broken pins that had to be fixed. Oops.
