Default creaking/howling noise when I turn wheel to the right, sounds like its coming from

either the wheel well or tie-rod, cant really tell while sitting in the car. happens while driving slow or not moving at all, do not notice it at speed.

tie-rods were replaced last feburary, could something have dried out? PS fluid is full and the belt is tight.

Default Did you rebuild your PS hoses? Mine does the same thing now after I changed the

PS hose. But it only happens at full lock. You should see all the people stare at my car when I parellel park...

Default the expensive hose was rebuilt at Spokan last winter, this is the first I have heard this noise

kinda sounds like something is dried out, possibly dry tie-rod or ball joint?
