difficult to drive on the twisties because the power would come on too strong in the middle of a corner (difficult to modulate). MRC RS2 software does not make as much power or torque but it is waaaayy easier and smoother to drive. Still lots of snap but just easier to live with. If I was going drag racing (never), I would put the Pastore chips back in and run some toluene and probably get down to low 14s/high 13's.
Uncle Bob Home Brew (UBHB) pinged for me like a B*tch despite everybody saying it shouldn't. It wasn't just me, two other guys local to me had the same problem. One, quattro20v, went to MTM via Dahlback, the other just lived with it. I went MRC and was much happier because it was easier to modulate. Lately, I have been thinking about putting in a larger capacity fuel pump and going back to UBHB, at least trying it.
