Screw VVME. They are impossible to deal with. I had to email them and tell them I'd ordered a kit...
THEN they shipped... to the wrong address.
At multiple junctures I was convinced they were just f'ing with me. I couldn't tell if it was translation, misunderstanding, or they were just running me in ****ing circles. At any rate they offered no help in finding the package. I had to work with UPS to track it down and go pick it up myself (from across Denver). They don't know how to address a package to the U.S. and they didn't even put a name on the package.
It took about 20 days and 16 ridiculous emails to get my HIDs.
The kit was as described... but I wont be going through them to get my HID fogs.... on that note... I've got 6000k low beams... what do you think about 4000k(yellowish) fogs or 8000k(blue tinted) fogs?

I ordered a while ago too...prolly coming up on 2weeks. No sign of anything yet. If all else fails
at least it's only $50 down the drain =S
I'm not sure if I have the will to chase them (as Rexall did)

DON'T get blue fogs.
You will regret it, because they will cause you to have WORSE vision in the fog. The reason is kind of complicated - it has to do with how our eyes react to light, and how light reflects from water droplets.
3800-4000K color temp max for fogs.
