I recently installed the HSRSB. I have the Tilden brakets and the Heim links that came with the HSRSB. The ball/sockets are not tight and they rattle like crazy. Is this a known problem?
I have a new pair of the stock heim links. Are they strong enough to use? They would only bolt to one side of the bracket though.

Cheap solution would be to try and grease your current ones up and to keep the sway bar from shifting try adding exhaust clamps next to the urethane bushings on the inside.
Otherwise...
Contact Dave Stone [dave@pmwltd.com]: He has upgraded Heim Links he can sell you... "the kit includes four Aurora Bearing 10 mm rod ends two RH and two LH with teflon lined races, rated at a static tensile load of 3943 lbs. Jam nuts for rod ends, and two double threaded links with 14 mm wrench slot. Two 26 mm 2-piece shaft collars to eliminate lateral movement of the bar. Unlike the 3/8" rod ends these rod ends will accept 10 mm bolts."
/Jamu.

Hmmm... How would I grease up the current ones. They seem like a grease-less design. Is this a known issue? Or do the bolts need to be torqued down to expand the ball slightly so that it fits tight?
I've heard about these upgraded links. But the ones I have are fine other thatn the rattling.
Nice car. What springs do you have in that?
