Headlight reflector question
Looked closely at my headlights yesterday and noticed that some of the vac-metalizing on the plastic beneath the lens is flaking off. Anyone here simply re-paint the plastic?? Any "how to's" out there?

Took a closer look at lunch
At least it is limited to the plastic surround and not the actual relfector for the fogs. Now has anyone ever "painted' this plastic??? Perhaps a smoke or black chrome look? Or am I getting into rice territory...
I know I could always send them out to be vac-met again, but I would rather not spend the money and do something different.
