I replaced the adjustable FPR with a new adjustable FPR and I'm not sure if it is dialed in at the right pressure. Either way, the FPR is not the whole problem because it would be running rich if it was.

At least that is what I would hope for you because the other things that could cause it would not be so good, low cylinder etc. Of course none of those things would cause the buck under load that you described, I think its a different issue.

I have read the information in the FAQ and I understand its function in limiting boost, but it is not clear to me if a defective solenoid would contribute to higher emissions.
With the ECU trying to keep things in check with the help of inputs from the 02 sensor and the maf though, would it not make sense that it could be a factor if the N75 isn't doing its thing?
