Default how cars in Europe are built differently

Just got couple of pics of the car for sale and thought you might enjoy.

no power seats, no heated seats. It's 12/1993, so no ABS switch.

its funny how it has the heat shield under the hood for the non-existent turbo.

Default It might have been replaced- the last new one I saw for an A6 had the same heat sheild...

and same on a new B4 hood insulation setup I helped a friend install on an S2 clone.

It's probably easier (and cheaper overall) to just stock the heat shield version for everything, whether they need it or not.

Default Owner claims the car to have documented 198kkm. The interior looks

surprisingly good. I had similar seats in my '91 80 quattro "10 jahre quattro edition". Difficult to keep it clean.

engine bay is not clean to proof that engine does not leak (common V8 issue).

Default '93's didn't get the under-hood light?

If not, I got lucky once again, as my '93 has the light.
