Default i bought a standard-DIN radio. what do i need to mount it in my 95.5?

the OEM radio is clearly wider than a standard DIN...so i need a bracket of some sort, right?

this is what i have:

this is what i got:

Default The 95.5 opening is standard DIN width, so your radio will fit, just look a bit odd...

because there will be some space on either side of the faceplate. The alternative is to get the dash insert from an earlier car, with the cigarette lighter to the right of the radio. You'll need just the frame and the lighter socket- everything else from your car will just bolt up.

If you can't source one local to you, let me know- there is at least one setup in a junkyard near me I should be able to pull.

You need the bracket from a 95. You can get yourself an extra cigarette lighter now too.

Default 9851. paid $220 shipped for the unit AND the iPod interface module

slightly used, off ebay.

i still need to pick up the Sirius module and the wiring harness...the ebay ones seem to be pretty pricey, so i'll probably get it from Crutchfield...since i'd have to get the harness there anyway.

Ditched the Kenwood because i did some research, and found out that they can't do BOTH iPod and Sirius on the same unit. I'd have to get a ghetto-fabulous switchbox. Alpine can do both on the same head unit
