Default You don't want LS1 coils. You want LS2, D514A or Yukon D585. Chris's diagram below works for them.
The other diagram you need is the 1.8t conversion to get the ECU wire colours.

Do we have to add the capacitors or is that already built in to the ECU/harness?

capacitors? don't add anything just follow the schematic and route the wires

Default Use this to pick up the harness to ECU colour codes.

Default so what is the exact coil cause you gave me two different part numbers?
and what year, model gm product are these off?
