According the to VVME website....
ALL ORDERS ARE DELIVERED IN 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAY EXPRESS WORLDWIDE.
We use EMS,DHL,TNT to deliver the product to you. As EMS is a very good courier which have good connection with the customs. We declare the KIT as a gift or samples with $19.88 for each kits, so you won't need to pay for the TAX or VAT at all.
If the package gets lost we will ship another one immediately.
We process orders during business days only: Monday through Friday.
Please provide your phone number during checkout. Failure to do so may result in shipping delays.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Physical address is needed.

http://vvme.com/faq.jsp#Shipping</a

6000 looks good in the picture, but is that to fake or cheesy looking? they say 4300 is slight yellow while 6000 is more white, any true experience here?

personally i only used 4300k. i want the MOST light i can get... color doesn't help me see the deer on the side of the road getting ready to jump out in front of me, lumens do! some upper kelvin bulbs have a color film applied, some have different gas mixtures.

I would think that upgrading the low beams AND
upgrading the foglights would be better than
just the low beams.
Any thoughts?

Mine were definitely bluer. I bought mine a while back before VVME was around--If I was buying today, I'd definitely get the VVME 4300k kit.
