Default It must be something other than the turbos, as others have suggested below. You are one...

of the few people that are having oil smoke issues. Very few of these relate to the turbos. It just doesn't stand to reason (logic/statistics) that you have had four or five turbos that have leaky seals. The oil must be coming from somewhere else.

At least you have to look. Have you renewed all of your crankcase ventilation system parts?

(And checked your piston ring condition with a wet/dry compression test as others have suggested?)

Link to crankcase ventilation info and part numbers.

Default you mean the boost?

my car has 1.1-1.2 Bar boost.after chipped it has 1.5-1.6 Bar boost.I did engine swapped, and also replced the oil pump too.The issue is still there on both motors.I remmember I have another 2 used oil drained line laying around.
I'm thinking ti replace it. Also visited to the website. It's good to do the breather hose on the return line and check if there's some back pressure on it.PCV valve,Regulating valv ewas replaced too.

Default the Bleeder Valve and the Pressure Regulating Valve have been replaced....

I 'll do the wet/dry compression test again,
Dave,I'd insit that there's something is really wrong around the turbo. The reason why? Some K24 I took them off from the car I noticed the wet oil on the turbine significantly, the car smoke more or less on each K24s.Some may smoke at start up,some smoke all the times. So that's the reason I'd stick with it.I also disassembled the K24 and I saw the oil leak out from behind the turbine.
Edited::My Intake tract is dry.No any oil vapour deposied on the MM hose,X-pipe

Default

Oil pressure, if it's too high it will push past the turbo seals.

Default Did you have an oil pressure gauge on you IC?

Maybe I need the aftermarket gauge on it.
Anyway, where is the best place to mount the oil pressure sender on it?

Default Hmmm I wonder if that could be read out through a VAGCOM ? If not, you could check the pressure ..

through the stock oil pressure port, and get an pressure tester with correct fitting.

OR

Buy an aftermarket gauge, install a T where the stock oil pressure sender is, and install the other sender on the T (That way you wont have a CEL)

Default I'm not sure if I have oil pressure sensor on my car...

If not maybe VAG-com is useless.I'm going to get aftermarket on my car.Normally, the oil pressure at idle could be somewhere around 2.5-3.0 Bar.IIRC.
