Default I would love to see a You Tube video of that.

Next time just try a cold chisel and a hammer. You should be able to knock it loose in a few strikes.

Default Don't worry, do like URS4Boy is saying below and it should come loose.

I have worked in auto repair shops for 28 years and that is what we would do.

Default Air hammer.

I don't mean a jackhammer, I mean the air tool (mine's a Snap-On) with a chisel bit. Works every time. Mostly I use it servicing A4 1.8Ts, as the early ones used that same huge (stuck) plug as the AAN. Replace the plug after such treatment!

hit lightly w/ MAPP torch, then pipewrench. critical last step: hurl angrily into the bushes.

Default Replace that sucker!!!

One of the first things I replaced when I bought my S6. I believe in replacing them every few years, especially if they get rounded at all.

You definately don't need to put a ton of torque on it when you replace the oil either. Just enough to "crush" the washer and get a good seal. ALWAYS use copper crush washers!!!!
