Default I just finished blasting my engine bay with 7 dollars worth of hot water for 30 min. Didn't fix it.

The car wash bay was enclosed and quite steamy. I felt around the engine and the washer fluid hoses, everything was pretty warm. It was so balmy that I took off my jacket. The temp outside is -10C right now, but I'm sure it was above 0 in the car wash (water everywhere, none of it freezing on the car). After 30 minutes of blasting the engine (including turning the engine on with the hood closed and blasting hot water in from the bottom) things were quite steamy. But my washer fluid still doesn't spray, all I get is a small trickle out of the left nozzle.

NOW can I condiser it blocked?

Default Wait a second, you do realize that the washer fluid does not come from your engine??.........

most likely it's the small hoses on the underside of your hood. There could be some ice stuck right at the sprayer blocking everything else. Since you've soaked your engine/wires, etc you'd better make sure you run it for a while to get it dry or you might have more problems tomorrow morning at -10.

No worries, I know where the wire runs and I blasted the hood, wires, and nozzles too. :-)

Yeah, I'm waiting for the post: "My entire engine is a block of ice and won't start"

I gave it plenty of time to dry off, both in the car wash and on the road.

Default No water dries in -10 weather... hahaha the block will be water free, and I hope you didn't spray

around the top of the head at the coil pack cover.

The engine was hot. Water + hot = steam. I just went for a drive after it sat. No problems.
