Default The Ebay vendor is the only place I can find the McCulloch that cheap.....

...please let me know if there is a better source. I really don't want to order the VVME lights because I have read of customers getting the several weeks (months maybe) after they have ordered them.

Default Now they are 100% better. I ordered another set of VVME and it took only a week to get here.

No problem with them and still the cheapest.
Make sure you get the correct bulbs because to return & refund is almost impossible.

Default McCulloch does not exist

Ok after much research there is no such company that exist. It is just a rebranded Chinese HID kit.
I got mine here http://www.retro-solutions.com/35WKIT.html
and they cam every fast have great review and were fairly cheap. Install was plug and play. I contacted the McCulloch and they have not made HID kits for eons. Check my post for the details.<ul><li><a href="http://www.retro-solutions.com/35WKIT.html">http://www.retro-solutions.com/35WKIT.html</a</li></ul>

Default I took the 6000K, however....

most people on this forum go for 4300.
I like the color what saab develop in their cars, which I have red somewhere is 5000k, and bought 6000K. It's blueish a bit, but that's what I wanted.
For urS4 I will buy the same.
When you get to the car with 6000k you feel it's blue, because all your life you used to look at yellow thinking its white, but after a week all is fine.

BTW - I have a set H1 of VVME lying around. For your euro housings it should fit. LMK

Default Makes ya wonder how much these things actually cost wholesale...

I remember not that long ago I thought it was crazy that Azeem in the 90 forum bought a xenon kit for his RS2 lights and paid like $1500 bucks for the kit.
