Default Have you checked the codes?
I had a hard fuel-cut like symptom and when I checked my error codes, I got two for the engine speed sensor. At first didn't think anything of it becasue you always get that code with the car off. Then when I realized it was two codes, I looked closer and noticed there was a cut in the lea for the engine speed sensor.

Default I was going to ship this weekend from the US on the Leavenworth drive to save you customs hassles
but as you can see my car didn't make it. I will be going down one of these weeknights before Friday and I will ship it. Sorry.

hmmmmm... I would figure a coil would cause missing.. this is a total cut

Default Yeah, MAF or a boost leak.
When I've hit the cut-out, it was due to losing air somewhere in the system.

Default I'd suspect the MAF first. Easy to swap if you have an extra.
I have 2 extra, been through 3 so far.

Default That's the same as Bob Myer's symptoms. He kept ignoring the G28-related code.
Turned out to be his ignition switch. Go figure.
