No start still! Already replaced fuel pump and CPS
I am definitely not getting any voltage to the fuel pump while cranking the car. I have the exact same symptoms as before I started replacing parts. Car cranks all day, but will not fire. (Drove it 10 minutes before it died with no problems/symptoms)
I am going to pull the ECU in the morning to see if maybe it got wet in there somehow. If I am looking at the pinout on SJM's website correctly what kind of signal should I be seeing on Pin 3? (Fuel Pump Relay signal (output) (E87)
Anyone have any other ideas on what to check??

Could be a) CPS not providing signal to ECU, b) ECU not providing signal to J17 fuel pump relay,....
c) J17 fuel pump relay not functioning (try another one) or d) fuel pump is failing to function as required.
Suggest you try jumping the fuel pump directly from the + post on the cowl to the right side of Fuse No. 17 (with the fuse removed). This should fire the fuel pump, if it doesn't you have a fuel pump problem.
Otherwise, it could be the ECU (if it got wet).

Fuel pump and wiring from fuse panel test good......
Can get the pump to run all day long with a +12V to the right side of fuse 17.
While cranking the car I do not see any voltage on Fuse 17 at all.

Not yet...........Thought it was more than likely a fuel issue
What is the easiest way to check for spark?
Hopefully when I get to the ECU I will find some obvious answers......<fingers crossed>

The best way to check for spark that I know of...
is to use one of <a href="http://www.sjdiscounttools.com/lis50850.html">these</a> spark testers. I've seen them in auto parts stores. You can use them to diagnose high boost misses also. But the quick and dirty way would involve a random spark plug fitted in one of the mini plug wires attached to the coils, with the thread in contact with the head. Either way you need a helper to turn the key.
If you have no spark then the ECU is either dead or not getting a timing signal (you need cam and rpm and crank position). If you do have spark the ECU is happy and maybe your fuel pump relay is shot (never heard of that happening though).
Wait, does your check engine light come on when you turn the car on? Maybe you just have a blown ECU fuse.

So no 12 V to fuel pump during cranking points to CPS or ECU or FP relay.
Since you've replaced the CPS and the ECUs seldom fail (but they do fail once wet), then I suggest you try a new J17 FP relay. Should be fairly generic and may be available at FLAPS, Pepsi Boys, NAPA, AutoPro, etc.

Check for the CEL at key-on. It should be on until the engine is running.
The fuse is in the electronics box in the passenger footwell. 5 amp. The coils are on it too, and if a coil shorts that fuse will go.
