PRoblems removing circlip on rear wheel bearing, any suggestions to how to do it?

PRoblems removing circlip on rear wheel bearing, any suggestions to how to do it?
Is there any tools or tric to loosen it so it can be remove? difficult to get a good grip on the holes, so I'm a bit stuck at the moment..

Set of 4 circlip pliers for under $8.
