I suppose in fairness I should have said "I have seen it" and not make it sound like it's a common
issue. I'm referring to a 993TT in the 'fastest-but-not-instructor' PCA DE run group I saw 2 years ago.

I've beaten the **** out of my Zimmerman 276x25mm front & 269x20mm rear drilled rotors

I would get drilled rotors if for nothing else, less unsprung weight.
and they make a cool "wuhhwuhhuwhhh wuhhhhhh" sound on heavy braking.
