Carillo's probably the most durable, versus Pauter and Eurospec. I don't know who makes the Dahlback rods.

Their lower quality forged rods, which are still good rods, are around $1250 a set, IIRC. I'd put the Carillo's somewhere on the lower side of in-between, probably around $1500 for their Pro-A rods(set of 5). Just a guess, but i know they are more than the Pauter's, last I checked. If you get the yen for a set, let me know, and maybe we can get a group thing going. I need a set for my UrQ project. Of course, you might want to investigate the crank as well.
