RS2 turbo rebuilders??
Hi Guys,
I already searched the archives but cannot seem to find any rebuilders for RS2 turbos. I've been searching locally (Toronto), but no one seems to have the right wheels to do the job correctly. Does anyone know if there is such as thing as a rebuild kit for the RS2 turbo, and any references of rebuilders that successfully rebuilt an RS2?

As long as the damage is minimal
meaning just some really light wacks to the leading edge of the blades a good shop can rebuild the bearings/center section, clean up the cold side blades, rebalance and give you a turbo that is 99.99% as good as new..
BUT if they have to find a RS2 compressor wheel you may be out of luck or in for a large price tag..
