Default Runnin tip top with new clutch and exhaust... except one thing.

Idling, clutch disengaged, neutral, there is a squeaking coming from the bell housing. Ive been real nice to the clutch for there is only 50 miles on it, I'm thinkin the friction plate just needs to set in.

Stock, or lightweight flywheel? LWFW tends to make some noise at idle.

Default Sorry your bound to miss stuff when you post at 2AM..I digress

OEM flywheel, and as soon as I touch the clutchpedal the squeak stops. Im thinkin the throwout bearing needed a little more grease than I applied

You should have just replaced the throwout bearing. Cheap while you're there already.

Default Will Chatter, Chatter at idle.

I have a lightweight flywheel in my BMW (10 lbs vs 29 lbs)... but it is noisy. If you don't mind it, it's a good mod. My BMW is more of a "track car" so I don't really care about noise or comfort.

Grease? Non-serviceable, no?

Throwout bearing was replaced... I think I just needed to grease more.

Default Bentley says put a thin layer on the collar the release bearing rides on...

That made sense to me so I did it. There was a little surface rust on the collar.

I think it also said to grease the input shaft where the clutch splines slide, but I didn't do that. Just seemed more likely to cause problems than prevent them.
