So, drove the old S6 at Barber this weekend and the 'ol gal did pretty well! She didn't skip a beat and the Porsche brakes were a big improvement over stock!

Not to mention, I was the oldest Audi there!!! I wonder if I get some sort of "vintage" award.

But, after I am out there, I realize I have a boost leak and am way down on power, and I've got much more "turbo lag". I could hear it 'wheasing' when I came on the power.

So... I think it's time for Samco hoses. But, from what I recall, my upper hose (the expensive one) has been replaced and so I probably just need that lower one (turbo to IC crossover, and what's the other one??)

How much are they each, and where is the best place to buy them now??

throwin them onto my car, seems like quality hoses and not as thick as the Samco ones, which makes installing them a lot easier. Food for thought...

and if you cant install a set of samcos step away from the car and drop the wrench....
