so can i really get the cluster out w/out removing the steering wheel?

i have some dash lights blinking and some off. archives suggested that 893919040A green base 2 watt 1/4 turn bulbs were a nice replacement.
don't really feel like pulling the wheel off. meh

Put the steering wheel as far down as possible and cover the plastic column cover with a soft cloth (to avoid scratching). Remove the screws along the bottom of the lower IC trim. This will expose 3 screws which hold in the cluster. Remove the screws and carefully pull out the cluster from the bottom first. It will come out with some manipulation. Just take it slow and easy, if you get frustrated you will break something.
